Returns Policy

absfuel.com, Inc services that are purchased directly from absfuel.com, Inc by an end-user (Customer) may be returned by Customer in accordance with absfuel.com's Return Policy. You have 48hrs from the time you place your order to cancel your order with ABSFuel.com. We will refund the full amount less 15% cancellation fee. You will need your order number to complete the authorization. (see cancellation policy) 

If you were not 100% satisfied with your visit, mobile service, or any service provided by ABSFuel.com and would like a refund, you may contact us via email: paul@absfuel.com or call us at: 800-821-1845. You will need your order number and the reason for the return request to complete the authorization. We reserve the right not to approve your request for a refund. We may be able to suggest an alternate test/service that will better suit your needs. Upon receipt of the authorized return services, we will credit your for the cost of the tests/services less a 15% cancellation fee. Please allow up to 15 days for the credit to appear on your statement. 

Order Cancellation Policy:
Cancellation requests will be honored within 48 hours of order placement. You must email our Customer Service Department at paul@absfuel.comwithin 48 hours. Upon approval, we will cancel your order, refund the full amount less 15% cancellation fee.
